Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your CommentConvert account, workspace information, connected-channel credentials, and associated service data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@commentconvert.eplanetjai.com from the address associated with your CommentConvert account.
- Use the subject line CommentConvert data deletion.
- Include your account email and workspace or business name. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or app secrets.
- We will acknowledge the request, verify account ownership if necessary, and confirm when deletion is complete.
Disconnect Meta access
You may also remove CommentConvert from the Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings of the relevant Meta account. Removing platform authorization stops future access but may not delete records already held by CommentConvert; use the email process above for a complete deletion request.
What is deleted
We will delete or irreversibly anonymize account profile data, connected-channel credentials, automation configuration, messages and comments stored for service operation, and workspace records, except information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or financial-record obligations.
Timing
Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will notify you if applicable law or technical restoration safeguards require additional time.
