Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to CommentConvert, a software product developed and operated by CYNOSURE Infotech, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service status

CommentConvert is currently undergoing private testing. Features, channel availability, limits, and interfaces may change before public release. Access may be restricted, suspended, or withdrawn during testing.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be authorized to connect every social or business account added to CommentConvert. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use CommentConvert for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized data collection, infringement, malware, prohibited goods or services, or conduct that violates applicable law or a connected platform's policies. Automations must respect consent and messaging-window requirements.

Third-party platforms

CommentConvert depends on third-party services including Meta platforms. Their availability, permissions, reviews, limits, policies, and charges are outside our control. WhatsApp Business Platform or other providers may charge usage fees separately from any CommentConvert subscription.

Your content

You retain ownership of content and business data you submit. You grant CYNOSURE Infotech the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the requested service.

Availability and warranties

The testing service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery by third-party platforms, or particular business results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CYNOSURE Infotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or third-party platform changes.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security risks, policy violations, unlawful conduct, non-payment when paid plans become available, or actions that threaten the service or other users. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
